Baltic AI Commerce Association is registered

The Baltic AI Commerce Association (BAICA) is now a registered Latvian nonprofit association (biedrība, Reg. No. 40008360763).

We founded BAICA because commerce businesses across the Baltics face the same problem: AI is moving faster than the practical, vendor-neutral guidance available to them. Sales pitches are plentiful. Independent research, plain-language education and honest case studies are not.

BAICA exists to close that gap. We are a nonprofit research and education association. Everything we publish — guides, research, case studies, event materials — is free.

The founding board is Glebs Vrevskis, Antons Sapriko and Aigars Pavlovics, three people with long experience in ecommerce and applied AI in the region.

What comes next:

• June 2026 — our website launches with the first set of practical guides.
• 2026 — a region-wide survey on AI adoption in Baltic commerce, with the full report due in December 2026.
• 27 July 2026 — our first public event, Baltics AI Meetup #1, in Riga.
