The 2026 State of AI in Baltic Commerce survey is open

Our flagship research study for 2026 is now collecting responses. The State of AI in Baltic Commerce is a region-wide survey of how retail and ecommerce businesses in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are actually using AI — beyond the headlines and vendor claims.
The survey asks about:
- which AI tools commerce teams use today, and for what;
- what has worked, what has failed, and why;
- budgets, staffing and skills;
- readiness for the EU AI Act;
- barriers to adoption — cost, trust, data, or something else.
Responses are confidential; results are published only in aggregate.
The survey stays open until October 2026. The full report will be released in December 2026 — free, like everything BAICA publishes.
